My Christmas cactus is in full bloom....it hasn't bloomed in a couple of years and now all of the sudden it is covered! Is this normal? Have I done something wrong...I thought they were only suppose to bloom around Christmas (or Easter). Duh

HI vanessa its not unherd of they can bloom in the spring and through out the year.you must have stored it in a cool place with not a lot of light.cool temps 55 to 65 deg. and a lot of dark 13 to 15 hours a day for them will make them put on buds and will bloom when you move them out to more light and higher temps.hope this helps.your friend in gardening.mike57
