OP powder puff Junior Member P Joined: Jun 2005 Texas	Here I am with another problem. The periwinkles that I have are all beginning to have the wilt problem and then they die. I had this happen to me once before when I lived in Ok. Has anyone else had that problem but me. I water and fertilize them regularly so I don't think that is the problem. Some readers may know periwinkles as Vinci.
