I HAD TO MOVE MY CLEMATIS TODAY (MAY 21) TO PUT UP A NEW FENCE. THEY ARE SEVERAL YEARS OLD AND HAD QUITE A FEW BUDS ON THEM. HAVE I KILLED THEM???? THANKS
