OP Francine Member Joined: Apr 2005 Laval,qc,Canada	got it in my garden for a few mounths now but it won t give me any roses and it s not even thinking of buding.but it has a lot of leaves and xept for not having any buds seems to be healthy. is it normal,what should i do. thankx.
