Hi all wish I had a picture but I don't. The wild onions have produced "flowers
" well they don't really look like flowers
. They look like globes of purple seeds
all sticking pointy end out. The thin membrane that was wrapped around them has split and is starting to go away. I would love to harvest them but I don't know how. Can you help me please. Is what I am looking at going to burst into bloom or are they really the seeds
. Will they dry on the stock and then be ready to pick? Or should I pick them now and then do something to them. They are much bigger than the seeds
I got in the green onion package from the store. And they are purple. Any help would be appreciated.
