Triss, I make candy at christmas time. I cheat and buy the solid milk chocolate bunnies after easter really cheap then remelt them in a double boiler and pour into my molds. Never tried the white bunnies, if they melt good you could add food colouring and give it a try also.

It's alot of work making hard candy, kind of a trial and error thing.

Ok that is not too bad on prices then. Oh yes, the chocolate is the way I will go. Do they havfe chocolate in colors like yellow and red? It would be cool to have colorful tulips.

tamara i love making hard tack suckers at christmas thumbup gotta watch the temp though. i burnt one batch one year ewwwwwww!
lala and ya cant cover up the burnt tast with more flavoring either laugh lala i tried that...it dont work

I am gonna wait on hard candies when it does not matter so much if I mess it up. Chocolates sound way easier!
