i thought i'd post a couple of pics of my kitty... stinker bell.

she answers to her name, and comes when called. she also will follow me around outside like a puppy, and comes to the car when i drive in the driveway. she's a good kitty now that she gets to go outside. since she is "fixed" i don't mind. and she and henry (the possum) have agreed to ignore each other, although i've quit feeding her at night 'cause he wants to eat her food frown

I wouldn't be surprised if Stinker Belle and Henry were found cuddled up together one night since she doesn't consider him as prey!

Cute cat! Is she a tabby?

Duh i'm not sure what she is. she was the runt of the litter and so sick, we didn't think she'd make it. the kids wanted to get me a cat for christmas that year, and their friend's cat had kittens. i told them if i had to have a kitten, it would be one i picked, and i picked her. when they asked why her, i told them. if she is to live, we are her only hope. if she is to die, then you will have fulfilled your promise to take one of the kittens, and she will have had the best shot at life.

that was 10 years ago!

She's cute....and I'm sure she's some sort of tabby...she's got the tell tale "M" on her forehead that all tabbies have.

i do think she is a tortoise shell tabby. and we were debating names, and i had to leave her with a kitty sitter for a few days when she was only a couple of months old. i had a bell collar on her then, and the sitter called her tinker bell, because of the bell and how tiny she was (not as big as my fists put together). when i told scott they called her tinker bell, he said "tinker bell? i don't think so, stinker belle maybe" and it stuck! she was a very mischievious kitty too.

oh, she's still pretty rotten, 10 years later. someone told me one time that what did i expect after naming her stinker?

her former (before we started letting her outside) favorite rotten thing to do was to wait until we were asleep or nearly asleep and then use our chest or face for a launching pad to jump up on our headboard. brat cat :p

Okay, Jiffy, that's a little beyond any of the antics Boogie Bear has ever pulled frown or any of the cats I ever had for that matter. laugh My friend has Boogie Bear's brother and he is evidently the mischievous one of the two. She named him Ellis and when I asked why she choose that name, she informed me his name really wasn't Ellis, it was "L.S.", so I guess you can figure that one out. shocked laugh He is a little stinker and does get in a lot of mischief! Duh Boogie Bear is a "sweetie"! luv

oh yes. and i've gone to work with scratches in my face and hair more than once because she miscaculated frown and, when you consider that she weighs well over 10 pounds, well, bounce 2 bags of sugar off your face or chest...

she's done other things... but that is her favorite. she'll lay at the foot of the bed and watch for our eyes to close...

or she'll sit on the headboard and go the other way, then, she gets our bellys or chest.
