One of our tenants lost her little dog a few weeks ago - Chico - he died after a few weeks ailment (not sure what).

The lady just got a new puppy who was promptly introduced to our cat, Skitter tonight . . . here is the bonding pair:

Skitter, unlike other cats, has not yet realized that dogs are the enemy . . . she loves dogs.

And this one - the 6 week old miniature doberman -looks like they'll be fast friends. Skitter got on well with Liia's predecessor, Chico.

Poor dog will probably end up with a scratched nose when he realizes that cats are the enemy. Skitter looks just like a barn cat we used to have when I was younger. Cute, I like cats but my itchy eyes don't.

Naw! Skitter doesn't attack . . . she's a good cat.

I think I'm allergic to cats too - my nose is always off the leash, excema on and off, but I'm not giving up the cat over it.

I'd like to have a dog someday.
