Here's my $30 froggy(high end store) that was reduced to $8 with 75 percent off...so she was my $2 froggy....And it's HEAVY....solid concrete.

I think she looks better painted, I even gave her nailpolish! laugh It doesn't really look THAT shiny for real....it's just the light glaring off it....That has to be on there to weather proof it. thumbup It'll be a good addition near the pond.

I almost took red paint and gave her big, bow lips above and below the gold lip line......I still might....it'd give her a little more character. laugh

HEY loz - that's a very classy lady you've got there!
The red would definitely make it look more feminine.

You got such a great buy!
I got some good deals yesterday at Lowes too.
Got a Kokopelli wall hanging for 50% off - we love him, as he was an Indian flute player.
Also got a very nice 3 tiered shelf/stand in black iron - I put it on the step turnaround that leads up to the second floor - it was also 50% off at $17. Not too bad. I'll try and get a picture...

ok - not to steal your thread, but I know you were sharing your great purchase with me...

it's 4 feet high - looks like it's much smaller in the picture -
fits very well in this spot.

I love it! I used to have a solid concrete Boston Terrier that I kept on the porch. I found it by a trash dumpster one day. I never thought of painting it, though. My wife loves turtles and frogs. I like them too, plus I love bunnies.

I could get a crown, and glue it to her head! laugh laugh laugh Then she would be beautiful huh?

Thonry, laugh That's a 14 page in depth Analysis of FF XII! It's my PS2 magazine! laugh I had to go squint and read what it said....that's too funny! shocked

I love to paint, not pictures---but anything concrete or wood...figurines, things like that....I have a gazillion bottles of acrylic paints.
