I was just thinking the same thing about those veggie hooks I really like them. But then I knew whoever got hisgal2 would be lucky. She is one of the best shoppers. Not that we don't have many professional grade shoppers here cause we do. I'm just always amazed by what hisgal finds.

G-mom I'm super glad you got your box today and shared it with us so quickly.

It looks like my estimate on time was closer than I thought it would be for the package arrivals. I hope none of the packages go the long way around.

There was one envelope that took 3 weeks to go from one zip in virginia to another that was right next door. The mailman had a hard time living that down. Some of the residents weren't exactly kind.

I got it this morning on the way out of town but did not have a moment to open it until I got home. It is all awesome. Dan was so impressed as well. Everything is perfect, especially the Stanfield sign. I have always wanted something like that and never got one for myself.

So everything was packaged okay? Nothing was broke or anything???? I love that stuff from the place I ordered. I'm so glad you love everything, and I couldn't pass up the sign. thumbup The only thing I regret is that place I bought the stuff didn't have kids things or I would've included something for them.....I thought they'd like the giraffe though. Mark has the deer one. laugh

G-Mom, Your gifts are awesome. I love those hooks too. Great shopping Jenn!

Nothing is broken at all Loz. One wee mishap but Dan assures me he can fix it. I got a good laugh out of it. The screws for the Stanfield sign make my name hang upside down. laugh The kids love the giraffe and are arguing over where in the garden it is going to go. I know exactly where the welcome sign is going to go but cannot take pics of the stuff in the garden cuz it is RAINING.

Yes, it killed me especially since it was sitting right next to me all day long. I did get to open the Stanfield sign one but there were too many other boxes to open them in the car. In fact my bedroom is now full of boxes and packing stuff. laugh

OK dinner is ready, see ya in a bit.

I apologize for butting into your conversation, but maybe the company thought the name sign was going to be hung on the top, and something attached to the bottom, and that's why the metal things are on the bottom? Just a thought.

You see they(the boss) has me over a barrel,.. I have the Key the only Key to get in the side door the Boss has the front door key and he doesn't get in untill after 8 so If I'm not there on time the other employeee are still in the parking lot with empty doffee cups and waiting tapping there foot with their hand on ther hip and believe me they are not nice if I show up late and make them lose time off the clock! But if I give them 24 hours notice I can hand the key off to someone so that's what I will do tomarrow night (if I don't get off early) I just give the key to someone that also gets there early ,, that's what I get for being so darn dependable!

thank Wrennie for offering to call in for me God forbid I ever get sick and just don't show up.. when I had pneumonia a few months back a co-worker came to the hospital and got the Key .. What a lovely group I work with! but I'll get that box one way or the other before Saturday ,, Hey we do have deliverey drivers taking our cases back to the doctors all over the metroplex maybe I can volunteer to take a case to a Dr in this area (we sometimes do that if we have business to take care of in said area) Okay ////NOW I have my thinking cap on!! ( Wheels are picking up speed,, Need that mercedes now Wrennie Vrooooooooommmmmmmm!)

Oh Btw Wrennie what kind of condition was the Catnip plant in ?? I was afraid the soil may have spilled out !

Nope not at all weakley, just stepped away from the computer to look at the sign. The screws are in the bottoms of both pieces so it will not work that way either. Whichever is on top, one set of screws has to me moved.

It was an error by the company I ordered the sign from. I just went to the site to look at the pic of it and they have it with the name hanging underneath. They just made a mistake. :p

Oh YES! On every forum I've been on. In some i start playing games to get acquainted with people. Others I ask lots of ??'s. here I ID'd lots of mystery plants and asked ??'s first. Then realized just JUMP in. Also if you feel like you're being ignored sometimes on't take it personal. It happens. I was in 1 conversation where 'P' wrote " Hello? Is this thing on?" laugh cause she felt ignored.

Thanks for talking. I better go for now, Philip (my son) and I are suppose to go with some of his school to Louisville Stoneware and Glassworks tomorrow. Should be pretty interesting. Good night.

So, I haven't gone off just yet. Glassworks should be really cool. The school thing is put on by youth services or something like that. You sign up for it, meet at the school, ride a bus down and they bring you back. Inexpensive because of price and gas. We went Tues. to The Falls of the Ohio. I think they're going to a Bats game, visit the Coca-Cola museum, visit Marengo cave in Ind. and some other stuff. It's pretty neat except for the lunches.

There's not a topic on this entire forum that you can't jump right into. That's what a forum, especially this one, is all about.

Right click on the picture, in the drop down click 'save picture as', Your 'my pictures' screen should pop up. hit save and its on your computer. then go to photobucket(or whoever you use and when you click browse it should bring up your 'my pictures' then open it and save to PB.

Duh

On a funny note, I emailed the company I bought the sign from for Triss. I told them that I was shocked that it was upside down and it was a gift. That I'd never had a problem with them before but was surprised by this.

So guess what??? Triss, you're getting another one sent out to you totally free of charge to me! So if you fix the one you have, you'll have 2. laugh Not sure what you'll do with 2, maybe you could give one to the Sr Stanfield family, or put one in the front of your house and one somewhere else. laugh
