Lynne, that's gorgeous! Mine (white) is so ho-hum. I'm disappointed, actually. May be it's because they're up against the white house that makes them kinda bla. I didn't know what to expect, but I guess I thought they'd have juat a little more pizzaz than they do. laugh *pizzaz* Anyway, I love the purple - a few yards here have some pink-ish sedum... I just saw some with variegated leaves with pink flowers -- tell me these ain't the coolest sedum ya ever saw? sedum wink

Thanks for that link Lynne. So now that I see they are both beautiful and edible, can I beg ya for some seeds?

That sedum is way cool too. That is going to have to go on my list of things as well!

Mary - that sedum is GORGEOUS!
Will have to look for that one now.
By the way, mine are pinker than they appear here -
it's that cheapo camera at work again...

Triss - I've never seen seeds on this plant, but will keep an eye out for them. I was looking it over just before and don't even see a flower that would develop into one of the peppers. By the time the stores put them out for sale, they are all in the pepper stage. Wonder what they look like?

Lynne, if it is typical of peppers, the seeds are in the pepper rather than a typical flower pod seed. I am sure the flowers are not spectacular as most peppers have very plain and small white flowers.

Triss - I do realize that the seeds would be in the peppers. I was just commenting that I didn't see any flowers on the plant. I also figured that they would be small white ones like on other pepper plants - but thanks! Duh When I was at the indoor farm yesterday, they had many different ornamental pepper plants, like the ones Bill posted, and not one had a single flower but all were full of bright, colorful peppers. That's also why I commented that they have a short growing period here since they are not put out til they are full of peppers.

And the picture right above the zinnias is that an orchid? Are you growing it outdoors. What zone are you in and do you think I could get away with that over here where I am? I'm just full of questions today aren't I lol.

That's fantastic. Let me know if I have anything that interests you. Probably stamps since you are doing the move thing. But if I come up with anything else let me know.

That's the Purple Hyacinth Bean Vine? Wish I had somewhere I could put up a trellis. It looks like some of those orchids I've seen at Lowe's. Nice looking.

Gorgeous flowers Cindy. I did not plant my hyacinth bean this year but it will be going in next year. I really need to add all kinds of zinnias to my list as well. They are all so bright and cheery!
