I've been meaning to start a thread like this
for quite some time..

We have members join and would like to know if
there are other gardeners from their area here too!

So, would each of you post where you're from and
I will compile a list of everyone that posts.....

Hello everyone, I live in Rio Rancho New Mexico, elevation arround 7000 ft above sea level. I've learned the hard way that Full sun planting doesn't mean New Mexico full sun.

Hello Waterboi: How are things in Rio Rancho. I was raised in Ft. Sumner have a sister still lives there I will be moving back in next couple of years. Have a brother lives in Farmington. I have lived in DFW area last several years have raised my family here and you are right full sun anywhere else does not mean New Mexico full sun. Enjoy garden helper.

feel like i came into this one a little late, but here goes.

i'm in hiddenite, north carolina, usa. we are situated between taylorsville and statesville, the latter of which is about 40(roughly) miles north of charlotte.

lovely north attleboro mass. a quaint little town that shuts down around 9:00 pm so thank god providence r.i. is only 13 min. away

Im from the EUP of Michigan, hard gardening up here, in the cold, and rocky soil..a real challange to say the least.

My niece lives on "the island" so I have visited many times. We've been to Victoria, Duncan, Nanaimo(sp),Campbell River, Chemanius and now they have a cottaqe on Saturna. They are mainly in Duncan now but they are all over with their business.We also visit the Sunshine Coast every year..Wish I could live there, a most beautiful place. Where are you?

I grew up on the south side, but last year bought a little condo in Clairview..a few blocks from the old Belmont halfway house.
It (Edmonton) has grown so much, they are spreading the new areas out all over..
Where did you live?

I grew up in the northeast but lived downtown and in Millwoods when it was a new subdivision on the outskirts of Edmonton, as well as near the university. I can't believe how much Edmonton has changed since I lived there!

New to this forum and can't post under pests and problems..so please somebody help. My philedenron..looks like an elephant is almost dead. Had it two years growing beautifully, they are tough plants. Anyway, one day I saw yellow leaves with brown. Now one by one they fall off. The leaves feel crunchy. I bought an organic mixture that I've used on my Hydraegas and it worked great but this philly is dying. I still get one leaf at a time growing then it goes from green to yellow with brown.
WHY...seems even the bougainvilae in the back yard are not doing well...
