In the day I keep my gas heat at 56, I'm serious I do....I'll freeze before I pay a big bill....We just run a few electric heaters and we have a kerosene heater....Heating prices are ridiculous....Last year I kept my heat at 62 everyday which I thought was freezing and we paid about $250 a month easily...so for the cold months that would equal out to what? 900-1250 just for heat....3 levels of heat though....upstairs, downstairs and basement.

Lynne, my general practicioner would like to do it himself, but that makes me nervous because he's not the best of doctors.....However my fantastic Gyno who is in very high demand offered to do it the last time I was in there....Is that weird? Do you think that would go okay or what? He's a very skilled surgeon and I suppose cutting a mole off a back isn't too hard......The dermatologist that my dad went to in this area is the gouger, and that's where my gyno said that he could refer me to. So do I go with the dermo gouger, the general practicioner who makes me nervous, or the skilled gynocologist that doesn't specialize in mole removal????? perpl

Anybody I missed? wavey wavey
Lynne I can't believe your gas bill...that's outrageous! We're running on electric heat - and thankfully our electric is generated by burning coal, so last month my bill was about $65 wink

I am heading off to town to my meeting. Couldn't find the Christmas tree headband. It would have been so appropriate too....stands straight up in the air. However I put on jeans and a christmas fleece shirt. No jammies, maybe next time.

The skilled gyno. If he has surgical skills, then he could do it. After all it is not him doing the testing, just the removal. Can you get a new GP that you are not nervous about. Maybe then going to see the Dr won't be nearly so bad. I don't like going to docs that make me the slightest bit nervous and would rather end up in the ER than that.

Triss, I was thinking the same thing...my gyno is so nice and he did my precervical cancer surgery so I know him well....or he knows me well....since he's seen me totally naked and all.... laugh

The GP list is so stupid....Most of them are listed, but aren't accepting new patients...so why are they in there then???? There is a doctor downtown who is on our list but my best friend threatened to beat me up if I went there because her grandfather died from not treating him correctly......My GP has about 3,500 patients....so just getting an appointment is a major pain in the rear....ugh, I hate going there!!!!! :p

He sure posted a lot for the few days he invaded.

Well even if he cannot be your GP and he is willing to help with the mole, then I would go for it. Give him a call tomorrow.
