I, kinda like Cinja..just don't feel real qualified to answer a lot of questions in the gardening threads..I am so afraid of helping some one kill a few plants... But...I agree that I was also greeted & helped when I came here...and Bill has worked hard to make this the best site ever. The new server..OH MAN...talk about a WORLD of difference...remember the "old" server days??? So...I am gonna be more mindful to help out and make newbies feel welcome... ~V~

HONESTLY!!! Sometimes just a good old fashion WELCOME to a person can do a world of good!!! They feel like someone's acknowledged them, and haven't bypassed them or not even noticed them. That is one of the reason's I was drawn to here, People talk, and respond... I've been to some forum when I was internet hunting, when I've posted a question, was never even acknowledged... So, to let them know you at least saw them.. is a big help!!!
