I have just boiught a house with a georgeous old walled garden - I feel more duanted by what I have to do to maintain it than I do for the decorating inside!! - Very new to gardening and didn't even cut the lawn well this weekend!! - look forward to getting your tips over the years ahead - best wishes all

Hi & Welcome,

I'm glad you found us. That sounds like an exciting adventure for you. I think I would be daunted to. But morning coffee in a walled garden, or a quiet dinner by candlelight on a summer evening in that setting would be worth every bit of effort. And the gardening is really it's own reward once someone guides you to the right steps to make.

I'm a beginner gardener so I won't be guiding, but I'll be watching for your posts. Hope you get some pictures. I love looking at the pictures.
