Assessing light can be tricky. I am concerned that you may have less available light than you realize.
plants that are placed high and close to the ceiling get less light than those that are at eye level or below. North and east windows get little direct light at all, even when uncovered. Even translucent blinds filter out quite a bit of light. Finally, I assume your
plant would be at least several feet away from the windows. All of these factors, if my assumptions are correct, reduce the available light. In that case, your options are restricted to low light
plants such as pothos and Philodendron.
Light is far more important to a
plant than humidity.
