What a cool website. I look forward to reading topics and learning more. I acquired a love for plants from my mother who had me and my five sisters weeding gardens from early on. But it wasn't until about 3 years ago that I became a serious gardener. My current interests are orchids (I am interning in a local orchid greenhouse)and reviving a beautiful old, but neglected perieneal garden at my boyfriend's 19th century cobblestone farmhouse. I've been through a lot personally in the last few years, and gardening has been a wonderful outlet and source of healing. I look forward to learning more from the "masters" on the list! flw

Welcome to the site! Orchids & tulips are my favorite flowers, though, I don't have any of either. I'm a novice & learning. I hope to put a pond in this fall & maybe, eventually have some orchids & tulips there around it.
