We had thunderstorms here last night, and it tipped my zinnia's. They are about 5ft. tall, and the wind today is just killing them. My poor, poor zinnia's.

I know your pain, Muphyette,
I had some corn a couple of weeks ago
heading in a 45* angle from the winds whippin' thru our property...
And some Asters' I love, that are white, that are 5+ feet tall and every year it seems they just about when they're going to bloom, and the fall rains come and knock them over...
Every year I say to myself, I'm going to stick some tomato cages in the group and have them grow up in between the cages and have some support, but, I missed doing it again!! I should put myself a note in the spring on a to~do~list!

I feel your pain. The same thing happens to my Bee Balm, Zinnias, Coleus. Time to invest in some plant supports.....

I, too, feel your pain. The hurricane season is knocking over my lovely red sunflowers! ters

I just bring them inside and put them in vases.
