Hi I'm new and need help with non blooming trumpet vines. I have tried the cut back and aluminum sulfate rx to no avail. HELP.

What type of trumpet vine?

One of the trumpet vines is Madame Galen. She is on the s.e. side of the house and gets sun most of the day. The other is Balboa Sunset and is on the n.w. side of the house and also gets quite a bit of sun. I was feeding them Bloom Buster - Schults- but no flowers. I went to a large nursery in the area and they reccomended cutback of 25% and using aluminum so4 to raise the acid level. No luck and no flowers.
