There are a lot of butterflies in my yard this year it's just hard to get a picture unless they land ~~~ Finallllly! There are lots of these!

I saw a butterfly on my white yarrow this morning. He had those same colors, but arranged differently. I had to come back here to compare. Unfortunately no pic. {I wasn't willing to hang out my bathroom window, on the top floor, by one toe, to get a shot, and he flitted away anyway}

I'm glad you didn't try to get a picture Wrennie!!!!!!!!! My goodness I'd have to send the Medics I used for one armed runn'n Willy back to you!!.

These butterflys aren't very big and some do have different patterns like yours ~~ but there sure are a lot of them!!

I have one ID book here called Butterflies Through Binoculars (theres a dragonfly one too) that has over 600 photos in it! :Shock: Most species have more than one pic. But still!
