Can anyone help. I have an unsightly garage running across the bottom of my garden. I want to plant about four trees along it to grow to about 10-12ft high to enhance the view from my patio. Someone suggested flowering cherry trees and that there are some that grow to about 12ft. She suggested planting two with green and two with red leaves. I am having great difficulty in finding these trees. Can anyone supply me with the names of some. Or, perhaps you have a better idea of what would look best. I live in the North of England if that helps.

Many thanks

We have canadian cherry trees at our house. The leaves are green in the spring and after they flower, the leaves turn a deep burgundy color. The smell of them when they flower is absolutely wonderful!!
