I'm a new member in Southern MO in the Mark Twain National forest on 52 beautiful acres on top of one of the mountains. Our place runs out a long ridge. Half clear, half wooded. Lots of wild life. I was invited over by Wrennie.
When we moved here there was nothing but lots of long tall grass, no landscaping, no flowers, no beds. We have been working hard to make this our home and have it feel like home. Here is my shoebox of pics: http://groups.msn.com/LovingOurLife/shoebox.msnw They go from before we moved in (bottom of albums) up to the current albums where I'm working on TRYING to get all my daylilies listed.
GRAMMY!!!!!! Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Welcome to The Garden Helper forums!!!!!!!!!!! Yay!!!!!!!! (i posted pics of your hummers and orioles in here, hope thats ok )
LOL That's ok. I'll have to find some time to look around and figure out where everything is. ;) Thanks for the invite! How do you turn on something to email you when there is a reply to a post that you post on (like on our BB)?? I can't find it, and gosh, if I have to try and remember everywhere I post, and keep checking back...geesh! lol
Thank you Jiffymouse. Nice to meet you. Yes, she emailed me with all kind of interesting links....how could I pass it up?!
there are two ways. one is when you use the full reply form, there is a check box for "add to watched topics" and the other is at the top, where you can "manage" your topics, and add one to watched topics.
I dont use the email me when theres a post on anything but ebay. Fills up my box too fast. I think if you go in your prefrences theres something you can check. Maybe thats what Jiffy meant by manage
Thank you constantgardener! We sure love them! ALL kinds of lilies are my favorites ;) I had an oriental this year that the plant only grew to about 18" high but each bloom was a foot across, and talk about heavenly scented! WOW! My MIL loved to come see them. Couldn't believe them, said if she'd have seen them on a picture she'd have never believed it, but seeing in person, she couldn't dispute it. LOL
