Help. I'm a first time gardener and I don't know what I'm doing. :) I have a 12' x 6' raised bed and on one end, I have 3 tomato plants. I have an Early Girl and 2 Celebrities. Everything was going well up until last week. I was watering my garden every night, making sure I didn't get their leaves wet. They seemed to like that, because they were looking really beautiful and I had a ton of fruit on the Early Girl and some on the others. Well, after watering one evening, my husband decided to water the lawn. Little did I know, but he was hitting my garden too. Ugh.. I didn't think anything about it, until a couple of days later. My middle Celebrity plant's leaves curled up and seem to be dying. It was the worse of the three. The others had a little curling, but not as much. I chalked it up to too much water, but now the fruit on that plant has tiny, white spots on them. Did the water affect it, or do I have a disease/bugs. The lower leaves on my Early Girl are turning yellow, but I thought that was common with older leaves. I made the mistake of planting them too close together, so I'm afraid it's a disease and it's going to spread to everything else. I don't want to lose the fruit I already have. Is there another way to distinguish if it's just too much water or a disease? Can too much water cause a disease overnight? Sorry I'm rambling. I hope I'm making some sense. Any help would be appreciated. Should I cut the bad limbs? Should I pull the middle plant? Oh... I'm using Bonide 3-1 vegetable spray because last week I also noticed that I had cucumber beetles. Not a good week. :)
