This is a great site!! I've been reading a lot of your posts, and NOBODY is sarcastic or snobbish! Yay! Finally, a place where I won't feel stupid if I ask a question or post a picure!

OK. Here are some questions....

1) How can I save my rose bush that has black spot on every stem and leaf?

2) Why are my neon dianthus dying? They're 3-4 years old.

3) Is it ok to prune a scheffelera? The one I have in a pot is about 7 feet tall, and I won't be able to bring it back into the house when summer is over.

4) Where can I get loofa seeds? Most people look at me like I'm crazy when I ask about it, but I know they're out there!

THANKS!

Welcome. I hope we are not snobbish. We actually have fun gardening and in between too!
Not in order
3) you scheffelera can be cut back almost as much as you would like!
1) I know very little about black spot/roses. So sorry.
4) Someone around here may be able to help with loofah seeds. I bought a packet last year that I never planted.
2) My thought on the dianthus is that they are short lived perennials and die back naturally at around their third season. It helps to dig/divide my dianthus.
