Hello all;

I seen the weirdest thing today and I laughed for five minutes.
I don't know what this chipmonk did to "piss off" this Robin but
it was so funny watching the Robin chase the monk around the yard
thru the bushes, over my rock garden in a figure eight pattern.

This went on for at least 2-3 minutes, and as fast as the monk is
the robin was right on his "behind"hah.. I've never seen anything
like this before.

Has anyone witnessed this before? What really is funny I couldn't
decide if I wanted the Robin or the monk to win, but in the end the
monk gave up and disapered and the robin flew into my crabapple
tree and made some really angry sounds....

Thought I would share this experence.

Donnie

Sometimes I wake up grouchy, other days I just let her sleep, while I'am outside in the garden she is
counting sheep. (%$#@%*#&@) sorry honey,I didn't
say that...honey put down that hoe... :(

Maybe the Robin was EVIL and Satanic and was trying to take over the Chipmunk's body!

I'm with Wrennie .... most likely the robin had a nest very nearby. Squirrels and chipmunks are notorious nest raiders and will destroy the eggs if they can get at 'em.

All the best,
Tammie
