I've been trying to find what's been eating my plants. In a previous thread, I mentioned tiny black whatevers. I was able to snap a pic.

These have been on my wonder egg plants and I've seen a few on my dinnerplate hibiscus.

Anyone know what this is?

I also spotted this on my wondereggs.

Don't know about the bug. The second pic is definitely eggs from some kind of bug. Looks like too much to have come from your suspect, but who knows? How frustrating!

That green stuff doesn't look like eggs to me but it does look like some kind of bug poop. Catapillars leave piles like that when they are eating the leaves of plants. Anyhow that is my guess. :}

I agree. The second foto os of caterpillar droppings. The first bug is probably just a bug.Not your culprit.
Look for caterpillars under the leaves. If you find a few, just squish 'em.

Great clarity on the closeups BTW.

Penny, gross huh?

ShadyLadyMN, thanks

Nuria,
I know, too gross for me. Hey, I can't always show beautiful stuff now huh? lol

Bonny,
I think you are right, and to think, I touched this poop to get it off the leaves. Boy, what I won't do for my plants huh? lol

Longy,
Thanks for your input too and your compliment on clarify of my pics! :wink:
