Hello everyone, it's been a long time, hope you are all well and happy.

I need some help with my corn plant. It looks nice and healthy till you look down into where the new leaves come out. They are dying, turning brown and dry before they get more than an inch or so long. The plant is in my living room, no direct sun but the room is big and bright. 8" plastic pot on the floor, the plant is about 30 inches tall. I'm thinking it might need more humidity, my house is very dry, though this time of year the weather is pretty sticky outside.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. David

is it rootbound? look on the bottom of the pot. if you see lots of roots it may need a bigger pot.

is there holes in the pot to let out excess water

I love the sweet scents wafting in the breeze. I stop to admire the vibrant colors of all living things. And people think me odd. Then ODD I am!!!
