Anyone see this before in landscaping, use it like a mulch. I've seen it on a lot of the HGTV shows I watch. I found it also at a nursery, they had used some in a few displays, but when I asked them, they said they have had it for a long time and didn't remember where they bought it. I have asked a few landscaping places and they don't know where to get it. I found a few websites on-line that sells it, but just wondering if I can find it locally if I know where to look.

We have a local glass factory that has a bed of it outside their front door.. it is absolutely gorgeous in the sun.. it just sparkles like treasure. I guess it is just cast off stuff that they can't use, maybe broken pieces or defective pieces.. I have often wondered if they could provide it to the general public or if it is just their special 'mulch'.. I wouldn't know how much they would go thru in a certain time period. Good luck finding some, and if you do, we all want pictures!! thumbup

Try doing a search on the HGTV website. They may have info on where to get it.
