Here is the cutest thing I bought last week at Old Time Pottery, for $1.99, that I thought is PERFECT for gardeners! It is a wind chime made out of ordinary , terra-cotta, flower pots, of various sizes. It has a very clear, LOUD ringing tone, similar to cowbells. My wife and I absolutely LOVE it!

We used to make those, Thornius. And you are so right: they have a marvelous sound!

We were given two hands to hold, two eyes to see, two ears to listen & two legs to walk. But why were we given only one heart?
The other heart was given to another for us to find.

Cute!

I've seen those and direction books with those in them. If someone is going to make them remember you can paint the pots too.(Use a weatherproof top coat)

I really like that for a garden!!

My daughter-in-law had a small herb garden and she made a windchime and hung it there on a hooked stake....a metal teapot which she punched holes in the bottom and attached hanging knives, forks and spoons. It was really cute! Had a more tinkling sound.
