Ok, I almost put this in the plant identifying section, but I didn't cause the lady told me what it was.. I just can't remember. blush

I just wanted you all to see it.. it is soo pretty and unique. I took two pictures of it.. one of the flowers and one of the leaves..

Alan, I think your right. I should have recognised that one for sure. I have a Monarch's Velvet planted here. I always think of them as Cinquefoils, potentilla threw me off.

Cinquefoils! I think that might be what she called it!!! Is Monarch's Velvet the common name??

No, Potentilla is the common name. Monarch's Velvet is the red variety that I have.
