Loz, it looks like EPIMEDIUM rubrum . Isn't it so nice. I got some from my daughter's plant last fall and I just love it. It divided really nicely . Mine flowers pink. I think it's a very cool plant.

why My guess would be Houttuynia cordata, "Chameleon plant"
mine has the same foliar coloring as the one in your photo.

I second zuzu it is a "Chameleon plant". Pull off a leaf and it should smell like orange peels.

Loz it is really good for growing in the pond. thumbup

I know that chamelon plant is extremely invase, and can give some people migrains especially when one is trying to pull it out! google up plantfiles+chemelion plant and it give you just about all the info you would want!

I did google it, and I told her and she's gonna move it....I told her they were good for ponds so I'm hoping I get one! lol
