I mentioned my big, beautiful spider plant before. Well, I transplanted it and now it is so pale in color. The dark green has gone away and it just looks sad. Does anyone have any advice????

Well, I did put in on my covered porch outside. Do you think that is the reason?

if there was a significant change in lighting, either lighter to darker or the other way, it could be what caused the washout. that would be my guess.

Did you feed it with the transplant? It just sounds like a bit of shock to me. It will probably recover. Spider plants are tough.
