I was given a Shamrock Plant for my birthday in March. I was wondering if these can be planted outside or are they just indoor plants?

I have a green one with white flowers and a purple one with pink flowers. They are beautiful. Do you have to do anything special with them in the winter?

Yes......bring them inside for winter.. I have those 2.. And I have a greenone with a purple eye......
Versi color and it didnt grwo.
they arent hardy flowers. They freeze.

I have one that won't freeze. called Crasspi......pink blooms and green leaves......Hardy.. I love the purple one.
I think the name of it is CHarmed Wine.....

Don't put them out side till all danger of frost is gone.

it actually depends on where you are. if you are above the snow belt, bring them in. if you are in the south, they can stay out all year.

someday I'm going to have an all purple one. Right now I have the two toned one with pink flowers. And I love it but I would like to have the other one too. I haven't found a place for it outside yet. But I'm thinking about it.

Yes I have those all over the yard and stuffed in beds.when it gets real real hot they go away, but then return when it cools down again.I have a few that seem to have a darker stripe down flower.(I'll watch....so can show you one)I'd like white ones.
