I wish I had known. They are direct sow and needed to be out in the garden in March. Now they won't bloom until next year. Grrrrrrrh. Oh well, maybe the people who are still here will appreciate them.

Yeah...they're biennial. I had a bunch bloom this year that reseeded last year.

Well I hope the seeds last awhile. I'll try my last few at the new place whenever I get there. Being betwixt and between is a pain.

mine have sprouted.MIL loves the plant.Shes had one.

No, I didn't know the name...I'm really bad at remembering specific cultivars and I don't write them down.

If they weren't so fragile I'd be begging you for some this fall. But they would never make it through the postal service. I'm glad you have some though. I think they are a great plant.

That's ok Alan, with peonies and me it doesn't matter whether I know their name or not. I just love them all.
