You could even prepare it how you like it, them freeze them, when they are froze then wrap them up again to prevent freezer burn.

More bean picking and preserving today. I am going to make some 'dilly beans', I have never made them before but we'll see how they taste.

It hasn't been cooling off in the evening either. It's rainy today so it's cooled down a little. I don't like the heat.

I desperately need to trim back my blackberries that note this year. BUY it has been so hot I have not made it out to do that. I sure hopes the weather cools off soon.

Yes. So glad for you! I too had some of my tomatoes from my garden 2 days ago. I did have to pick them half ripe but hey, I still had them.

They'll ripen. I pick mine before they get ripe in the summer sometimes so the worms don't get them.
