Yes, I miss her as well. I had thought Tangela would send a message on FB when they had plans for a funeral or celebration of life.
But I have heard or seen nothing. If I ever hear/see anything, I will report back.

I wonder if they possibly had nothing. Between caring for Teddy and being forced to leave their home, they could have just not done anything.?

Maybe. Tina told me that she did have everything in place so that if anything ever happened to her, Teddy would be taken care. She already had Jonni listed as his caregiver, legally.
It is a rainy day here, a good day to clean and mop once again.

We had no power for parts of the day yesterday, the winds were so strong....today as well. September took the place of our August.

My sister used to do it with plums. I love jelly.
According to Jiffymouse (remember her) Tina did have everything set, just in case, and there wasn't any type of service or obituary.

I only did it once with plums, I liked the apple better. I remember once, trying to make homemade plum sauce for egg rolls and no matter what recipe I used...it didn't taste right. The joke was on me, Chinese restaurants use pumpkin to make their 'plum sauce'.  Thanks for the update on Tina.

The weather cooled down here quickly, we are still getting a lot of rain though. We are under an advisory for Hurricane Fiona...it is supposed to hit Saturday, they are not sure yet though how bad it will be. Yesterday I spent all day painting our bedroom. I have all the bedroom furniture spread out in every other room at the moment.

The color is a light brown, it is called "Castle in the Clouds"...by Boomerang paint. The paint is only $20 a gallon and they have multiple premixed colors. Moving out the furniture and everything in there was more work than the painting itself.
