I planted about 12 tomato plants in early May and all but the Husky Cherry reds seem to be doing great. The Huskys are getting yellow leaves with some black spots on them starting from the bottom and working up so I cut them off last week but now the next level of leaves are yellow. All my plants get the same amount of sun and water so I don't know why they are doing this and my others are not.

That looks like wilt. You should remove and discard that plant before it contaminates the others...sorry.
