Oops, can someone fix the title number for me? I wrote 2468 instead of 2568.
Never mind. I was able to edit it myself.

Yep all in one day.

I will see if I can fix the CH number tonight when I have more time. If I can't I will speak to James tomorrow. He should be home by then.

Morning all,

Got a little earlier start this morn... opened up the house for a little while and let it air out some... sure like all the windows we have here...
paid a bill and started laundry .. dogs blankets.. he will be upset they are in wash but he will get over it... can hang them outdoors to dry and they will be nice and fresh... Have a fun day Carol, always good times with family and little ones... our Timothy went to his senior prom yesterday... how did he get old enough to graduate in a month . much less have a girlfriend? wasn't he just 3?

Going to finish straightening up this office today.. did file all the bill stuff now for the other crap cluttering up my desk... don't know why it keeps piling up, shouldn't it file itself?

Well washer just finished time to hang out dogs bedding... who knows may go shopping in a while... need more Epsom salts for the tub...

I guess I had a nice time. I got to see my other 4 Grandchildren, and spend some time with them. We were also surprised by my nephew who is in the Military. He got some leave and came so he could be in the family photos...thing is my mom has new back pain and was not able to come. That was a sad note.

Nana: do you have an HE washer ? And if so do you like it ? Does it get your clothes clean ?

Nana, I love Epsom salts in my bath....it helps with my psoriasis as well.

Sorry about your mother Junie.

They were calling for snow through the night but it stayed mild enough that we got a bit of rain. I sent GG to school and about 5 minutes after she left, it turned to ice pellets...this spring weather is so unpredictable.

Thank you, Carol. It annoyed me no end to screw things up like that. A personal problem.
Happy Patriot's day. Good luck to those running in the Boston marathon today. I had an apple turnover to celebrate instead of running.

Yes Carol,

Have an HE washer.. a whirlpool... only kind you can buy it seems anymore... I like it , took me awhile to figure out how to use it but since I wash most stuff on cold I use that cycle a lot.., use hot for towels and whites, use the ALL detergent for HE and gets my clothes nice and clean... we have really hard water here too so use about 3\4 cup in a load, it is different to use and took awhile to figure out but works well for me.. I got the biggest load size I could cause I like to wash blankets often.. have a dog that sheds a lot so I was a king size bedspread about every 3 weeks to get rid of hair... should have gotten a white bedspread to match him but got navy blue , shows up really well on it .. LOL!

Morning,

I just finished bills again... paid bills for month...Yay.. !

My sis in law is supposed to be home sometime today, she went to Chandler to stay with BIL (he is autistic ) so other BIL and SIL could go to Cali for a funeral for her aunt.. she called me yesterday..she is anxious to be home... if they get back early we will go out for a visit.

Well off to make a Costco list.. ran out of a few necessities that I only like from there.. this town only has 3 grocery stores and a wallyworld, don't like to buy any meat product at most of them and no one carries decent bacon.. don't eat it a lot but out completely.. so will have to go soon ….

Have a good day all... sure wish I could send you all some of out sunshine... it's supposed to be in the 80's today,, course it supposed to rain tomorrow...so will enjoy it today..

I have a very large load Maytag HE washer with an deep fill option. I can fit a queen sized quilt bed spread in it. Usual water level has 7 inches of water. The deep fill has 14 inches of water. IMO that is not enough water to properly clean clothes. I had to wash a twin comfort 3 times to get a small amt. if vomit out when Henry was sick. Using color safe bleached or Oxyclean does not help either...but it is a top loading machine. Hear they do not clean as well as the side loading machines do.

I use All also. I also have an extra rinse option that I use about 95% of the time. I cannot get orally dirty things clean. My towels are not ever light and fluffy. Even if I just wash them in hot water and no soap. I tried that as I thought they looked like I had used too much soap and it did not get rinsed out. I am ever so thankful that there is a laundromat in town here. The machines there use more water.

I was gone all day with appt's and errands.

Junie, I was so frustrated with my washer...DD finally convinced me to try some 'pods'. They seem to clean better than the 'pour your own'.

Well i will check into the pods...but back in Illinois when we had our dishwasher repaired, the repairman said to never use the pods as they were bad for the machine.

I hope you had a good day out, Sunny.

You're going to be one tired Grammie later in the day.

Junie, I only use the pods when I can get them on sale. If not, I use the pour kind. I can honestly say though that I like the pods better with the HE machine though. You should give it a try with two batches of towels in the same day. Do one with the pods and dry, then one with the pour and then dry. Put the two towels side by side...you can really tell the difference.

I have a full laundry day today. I got out to Walmart yesterday...it was nice to go by myself.

Thanks for the idea. I have to go back to the dealer to buy some washing machine cleaner so I will ask them what their opinion is.

I slept in the couch about 45 minutes this morning. I hope that that little nap helps me.

It is really windy today. I guess the wind is bringing in the rain ☔ .

Good morning !

Sunny, yay for less snow. Eventually it will be gone , so yay !

Easter....I gave my 4 Grands that live in Virginia their baskets last Sunday. This Saturday I will give the 4 here theirs. I do need to wrap a few little items yet for them, but it is all bought. As one of the triplets ask me if I was going to have an Easter basket, I made myself one too. I figured someone should. smile

Raining here...a lot !

Sounds good.

I got a call today...my doctor is leaving in June. I had to go sign papers to see if I can at least get in with the nurse practitioner they are sending in her place....soon there will not be a doctor to be found anywhere.

Gracious...I am so sorry. I hope the NP is as good as the Dr. was.

It had stopped raining, and now it is raining again. I would complain but the more rain we get the more likely my berry cuttings will root.

Yes Tina, everyone is saying the new NP is so much friendlier than the doctor....and takes her time with her appt.

Good Friday today....it will be a 'fish for meals' day.
