I live in Southern California and I've got something going on with my lemon tree. I cant visually see any pests but it seems to be spreading quite fast. Any help is appreciated.

Welcome JDU.
Take a fresh cutting, sealed in a bag, to your local county extension to get answers.
I wish you good luck with this.
