Yes, do go out today, but please do not let it kill you. fidget
Better to go today than to go thru the weekend after all. That should be motivation enough, right ??

I am not feeling so well...I am hoping it is just allergies...

why do I go to the quick reply when I hit reply ???
Do not like this...I do not seem to have access to the various colors/font size & color/types, this way etc.

I did however go to the page that give me access to them if I hit edit after I have already posted

The version we where using was pushed out in April, where the newer version came out on August 31st. This also allows the site to finally operate on an SSL connection for security. I also had to make several tweaks to all of the different styles for the page display, so some of you may have seen some oddness for a couple of hours.

As for changes to the way that the post buttons work, the behavior of the reply bringing you to the quick reply box is so that you can use the "quote" function and quote multiple posts (whereas before it'd bring you to the full reply page each time you pressed the quote button). It'll also allow cellphones and tablets to quote a post.

When at the quick reply section, if you click "Full Editor" it'll shoot you to the full reply page, so you can start your post on the Quick Reply and move over to the Full Editor if you need to.

I am getting this now----So yay for me.

I am starting to feel bad again. I guess it is time to take some meds & then go to sleep so I can get up rested & then begin to stain the deck tomorrow.
I scrubbed the deck tonight & hopefully it is ready to get its coat of sealer tomorrow.
The next 2 days are supposed to be mild days weather wise--YAY !!

Sweet Dreams to you all.

I think I will for sure go to sleep now.

Good morning. No one has been in today. I miss you guys!
I have been hovering over the Fla., Ga, SC coast, weather watching. It is not too nice for my southern friends. I hope everyone stays safe.
It is time to get something else done around here.

Good Morning (barely)

I have bene awake since 8 am. I went out & my deck was wet with dew...Imagine that. So I came in & dis some housework. Then I was just sitting down to my laptop with a first cup of Coffee & My MOM called me on Skype. But hey, I am here now. It is looking like I will be waiting until after lunch to paint.

It will be in the high 70's here today...To my notion, perfect for painting. II wish everyone a great day.

time: 7:55 pm 9-2-16 (checking my preferences)

I do feel fairly good...not right but not really bad either---I guess it is a mild cold.

Welll tonight I went out after supper to try to finish up the one can or sealer. When I tried to move one of my wooden planters it came apart...Dirt went everywhere.... and then I think I saw a LOT of termites..THEN I did not know what to do with the dirt. why Rod is going to take both planters to the creek tomorrow. I do not feel comfortable keeping the one good one given their were "critters" living in the one.

But hey, the deck looks cleaner now---Good news is this happened before I had painted the floor...where the dirt did hit was either dry or not painted yet. prayers

I found it did rain last night--we got 1/10 of an inch. I thought the deck looked like rain--not dew...

All bathed & clean now....

OH MY!! 2 sick kids ?? I do so hope that they do not share with Grammie.

Well last night I got rid of my 2 planters. One was rotten & fell apart on the deck when I tried to move it. The other is in decent shape but it is going--no use having th4e chance for the mess happening again. Deck is damp again--so I will run some errands this morning & then continue sealing this afternoon.

it is 9:10 am
9-3-16

I think I have my preferences set up correctly.

I wish everyone a great Labor Day Weekend !!

Good morning.
I am so sorry you have 2 sickies on your hands. Your daughter is very lucky to have you to fall back on, Sunny.
I hope your deck dries enough to get it done, Carol.
I think I will concentrate on laundry today. Or something productive any way. I hope everyone has a great day.

The Deck is done !! shewinks

The Humming birds are ever so happy..(I told them they could come to the feeder on the deck but they didn't believe me.) why

My big plan was to do some weeding & such after I was done, as it is such a beautiful day.. I have changed my mind--it is time for me to take 5. Carol is not as young as she used to be...oh well.....

My laundry is done for the day. I have a roast in the crock for pulling tomorrow. It is unseasonably cool right now.

My evening meal is done as well. WE both ate late lunches so supper was late as well. (now hopefully, carol will not snack.)

Thanks TIna, I am happy it is done as well. It has not been done right since 2012. In 2013 Rod had some deck stain left from when he stained his shed and so I painted the step going down form the deck and all but about 5 boards of the floor on the deck with the remaining stain.
am so glad that I got that job done. Now I need to wash the door and step into the house from the garage, the door frame tot eh house on the front porch and the mail box and post. Then will decide if they need painted.....I think they probably do, my DH says they all are just dirty. I hope he is right.

I too have a load of clothes in the machine, Tina. I do so wish we did not dirty so many clothes.

Well, Thankfully Rod only uses 1 towel each day--and he doe snot use wash cloths. I use 1 washcloth a day & use my towel 2 days--so that saves me some.

The load of clothes are dry, & hung or folded. I think I will try for sleep now.

Sweet Dreams. snooz

Good morning. And good grief. There is another fire nearby. It apparently started after I went to bed last night and i never heard a thing. I don't know much about it yet. It's nearer than the last one and on the other side of the Freeway (I think). I'm on fire watch again.
