this plant is growing at a friends. it has pretty white blooms that smell good, but they are finished now.

Due to the leaf vain pattern I am pretty sure you have a Viburnum, not sure of the species. Hope this is of some help.

Or could it be an azlea or rododehedron (sp), I think the leaves look somewhat the same

gotta be either cotoneaster or viburnum. going to do some more checking. i was sure it was cotoneaster until rugby said viburnum.
