Yes, Tina, the party is grand fun. We 3 (me. my sister, & my brother) never really had to share with other families & we were always together on Holidays. so this party/holiday get together, lets us all get with each other as well....

It will be especially good for me as my kids will all be living away from me now a days.
As an example, for Thanksgiving, my sister & I & our Hubbies are going to spend the day together.
4 people at a dinner...... All in all there are around 2 dozen of us.

I did not get what I wanted to get accomplished either...gracious...

I am tired and heading to bed. Sweet dreams all. Tomorrow is another day.

The Thanksgiving party sounds wonderful...I love Italian food.

I was hoping to take GG to the doc today but it is storming out...I'll see if the snow can let up and clear some.

Other than that is a day of cleaning and mopping....kids sure can sticky up a house fast.

I see that I did not come in & say goodnight. Sorry guys--I was sure I had.

Sunny, I hope that either GG gets better or that the weather clears for you. Can you call the Drs. office for some advice/help ?

Errands & grocery shopping are the order of the day here.

Good morning. I have no plans on going out today. I am going to work on things around here before the next rains come in on Thursday. The warm weather won't last long and it isn't windy out. And there is always housework.

I didn't get much done over the weekend.. did get my kitchen rearranged to make room for turkey day... hopefully the snow doesn't show on Thurs.. so every one can show up... turkey is thawing in fridge... somehow I did something to my left shin and it was all swollen for about a day and a half ... really hurt ... but got out the arnica and rested it... today it is fine but must have slept crooked...my neck hurts.. more arnica..LOL!

Will be going after boys today as soon as they call... will do school with Nicoli to catch him up again on past due stuff,,, good thing he isn't penalized when he is ill...last week wasn't good for him at all... hopefully we can get it all done today... or a lot of it...

Well off to get some pancakes made for them ... I know they will want breakfast.... they are growing so fast lately... Carrie has had to replace jeans for Derek and Timothy already since school started... they outgrew them already...

I couldn't get in to the doc's office, she closed early due to the storm but they did give me an appt. for tomorrow.

I got the sticky all cleaned and mopped.

Well, I got a mess of the wind damage from outside cleaned up this morning. There was a lot to do and some tree trimming and a tarp to fix over one shed. I am glad it's done.
Taking a lunch break before I move on.

I got my errands done & my grocery shopping. I really need a nap now--but I do not think that will happen.

It is to get windy again. I just got one layer off. It is supposed to rain Thursday and again on the weekend. I'll be stuck inside for the most part then. I got a layer out of the way. And my trees have not finished shedding their leaves yet.
Still plenty of house work to do.

I wish just once the housework would end..

Sorry for the bad weather--it is supposed to be cold & rainy on Thursday & Friday & Saturday morning. Yuck.

It is snowing a bit again and DH said the roads are slippery. Thankfully I only have a short drive to the clinic later in the day.

GG has been tormenting me to go grocery shopping...we are out of chips She is Grampy's girl for sure. do hope the doc gives us the 'go ahead' with school, she has been missing a lot of days.

Tina--I am going to do my house cleaning tomorrow.

We had beautiful weather today it was 64*F when I came in the house at 3:30 pm.

64* is nice. It was today's high here too. Or almost. I managed to get more done outside. I think I am done for now. I got a little done inside too. But not as much as I wanted to or needed to do.

I have read that we should clean AFTER the holidays, & not before....

I am not cleaning for the holiday. Next week company is coming. It's mostly for myself though. It's driving me bonkers. And I have the time with not having to drive to school. So it will get done.

Good morning, it is a whole 3* F out there this morning...frosty but sunny.

GG got a round of antibiotics and the go ahead to go to school...so I took her home last night.

Today I have 200 wonton wrappers ready to make egg, taco, pizza and donair rolls. I prepped all the meat and mixes last night....today is sealing and cooking. Oh the things we do for Christmas

WOW, sounds like you have your work cut out for you, Sunny. Does sound delicious, though, I must say.

I find myself with an extra day, so I shall see what today holds. There are some things to get out of the way to make Fridays jobs not so daunting. Grocery shopping is in my future though. While I would prefer to do that Friday, it will be raining a LOT on Friday so today it is.

Good luck at the stores to you, Carol. I got in and out before 7 am. I didn't know that they opened so early for holidays. I figured I would be waiting outside until they opened.

I got to the grocery a bit before 11..BUT when I was done...I came out to a lady that had parked a BIG Cadillac next to my car at an angle penning me into my spot. Mind you there was NOT a parking space next to me where this lady had parked. I waited about 30 minutes for her to get done shopping, and then had to tell her not to turn her car to leave the spot. IF she had she would have taken my drivers-side back fender with her.

I need to get some work done around the house now.

I'm cooking our Turkey tonight, but completely without the use of my left hand; I tore something and I can't support any weight with my left arm without being in excruciating pain... And I can't get in to my Dr this week. Trey's been rather useful though, so what I can't do I've been having him help; he has autism and part of that he doesn't like messy things on his hands because of the texture, luckily the dressing wasn't too messy for him.

I'm not sure, I had a small tear from carpel tunnel that the doctor told me to wear wrist braces for when i sleep; I guess it just got worse this week or something...
