Really ??
We, none of us have spoken about hummingbirds in here this year ??? shock

I just thought to come in & say I had not seen any Hummers around for a few days and as in past years they leave here around the first week of Oct, I am being more vigilant..

I was just wondering about other areas of the U.S.

I have hummers all year long here. I am not a good gauge for them at all. But we get a different set in the winter as opposed to the summer. Our summer ones fly south and our winter ones are from further north. So we get different colors and things to watch. I have never spent any time trying to learn the types I have here.

Saw another Hummingbird last week, but the food was nasty so I brought the feeders in today. (I have to clean them up & get them ready for storage yet) So, I hope the little guys have mostly left by now.
They usually leave by the first week of October around here, but this is a strange year, so...... why
