Hello! I'm new to this forum and new to plant growing but I've had my little calandiva ceramica for almost 2 years. Flowering when I was given it, it hasn't flowered since but I have just read up that I should give it 16 hours darkness to encourage budding so will give that a try. any other tips welcome!

The care advice that came with it said not to put it in direct sunlight but i have read a lot of forums now saying to put it direct sunlight, when it's not in darkness to encourage budding. help!

The other problem i'm having is that for a while now it has been growing outwards in one direction rather than up and/or all the way around.

Cant even find the word to hunt it ?
Try turning the plant towards the light.. Sounds like it is hunting for light. Or move it to a bit more light.

Any photos of it ?

a photo would be most helpful I agree.

almost everything I can find is in Spanish. why
Ad spanish is not even my second language.
I do think perhaps it is some type of Kalanchoe though.
