The lady at the Nursery said some kind of hoya... I was like "oh you know stuff" NOT... Either way I treat it like a hoya. Bright indirect light and it loves my grow lights. It just keeps growing and growing. I have over 50 houseplants now. My bf is kind of sick of it but I love them all. Thanks for th help.

Well, it looks really heathy, so you are doing something right--keep up the good work.

Did you try looking at pepperomia? Those stems look thicker than hoya stems usually appear. I have a pepperomia that looks similar, though it's not variegated.

Hoya carnosa variegata--Variegated wax plant is what I thought it was at first, but the leaves don't look quite right. The leaves on my hoya are more elliptical. The leaves on this plant appear more heart shaped at times. Also, the stems on my hoya are brown and dry, not green and succulent looking as here.
