I am making Fudge for a friend, and the recipe I have calls for 4 squares of bakers chocolate AND 4 tablespoons of Cocoa. Really??
The Cocoa seems like over kill. Any ideas?

I love the Jiffy marshmellow fluff recipe for fudge. Talk about foolproof and it tastes great.

I love marshmallow fudge--because it makes the fudge sorta creamy like, soft, like Sunny says.

I have not had peanutbutter fudge since my Aunt Passed away, she made it every Christmas..
