So i was watering my peace lily this morning and pulling out the dead leaves to find this white stuff on the soil of my plant. Upon further inspection, I found what looks like eggs all throughout the soil. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what this is and how to treat it???

Welcome, Bridgette. My go-to quick fix for this is something most of us have on hand. Mix about a tablespoon of dish detergent with about a quart of water and spray the soil top. Don't get a lot of this on your leaves. But some days in a row of treatment should stop those eggs from hatching critters into your living space. The ones that do hatch will get stuck in the stickiness. A lighter mixture could be used on leaves.
Good luck.
