I made these for the boys went back to the store and made them for coworkers,, they were a BIG Hit both places,,
Pre heat oven 350 Bake 20-25 minutes,, Mine were done @ 20 Minutes
One Box of Duncan Hines Decadent Carrot cake
One Can 15oz Pumpkin

soak the carrots and raisin from the package of cake mix in 2 cups of Hot water until all water is absorbed ( about 5 minutes)
Mix the dry cake mix and the can of pumpkin add the Hydrated carrots and raisins, That's IT!
this mix will be really thick, Fill paper lined muffin tins 3/4 full and bake.
For a fluffier muffin ( more cake like) add a couple of eggs and 1/4 cup of oil,
do not add anything else,, that's it simple!
My boss said,, 'You Bought these,,, cuz these are just too perfect!" lol
Now he wants me to make him a batch for his Halloween party thumbup

in the cake mix there is an individual package of dehydrated carrots and raisins, you can opt to use them or not,, I chose to use them,, soaked in 2 cups of HOT water for about 5 minutes,, it will absorb all the water,, and gives texture to the muffins , just add them to the dry mix and can of pumpkins after you mix the dry and pumpkins together.
