But it's here now - looks something like a hibiscus flower, but I don't think it's a hibiscus . . .

Oh, thanks so much - I vaguely remembered the thing, but couldn't quite put my finger on it.

I don't quite know how I came to still have one. I think I had one about 3 years ago and got it identified - I musta kept a clipping of it going. There's so many plants now . . . I keep them on the windowsill and down in the lobby in winter.

Dunno if I'm going to have room for everything this year.

Jeff's been looking after the balcony stuff - I've lost track of it all. I'm still working on the lot outside - but not as much as I used to.

They reclassified the Mandevillas. Mandevillas are viny like Yellow Alamanda.

The more shrubby varieties are classified as Dipladenia.


I love the sweet scents wafting in the breeze. I stop to admire the vibrant colors of all living things. And people think me odd. Then ODD I am!!!

Sorry, my bad. They had separated them, but now are lumped together again as Mandevilla.
