Hi,
I'm new to this forum. I just bought my first plant and I was excited to transplanted it but two days after I gave the plant plenty water, some leaves started to become yellow (ex: photo) and I'm wondering why? Just by the look of these pictures, could you please tell why these leaves are turning yellow? I'm also never completely sure if I put enough or too much water? Perhaps, the plant has lots of sun in the day.
Thanks in advance,
Yannik :)

Here's the 4 pictures of my plant:

Welcome, Yannik. What a pretty palm plant you have. I am not sure what type of palm it is, probably Chamaedorea elegans, a parlor palm. It looks pretty healthy. The yellowing leaves may be just a little shocked from the move and the transplanting. I would cut them off.
This is a link to a page of basic parlor palm care.
Good luck!
